November TANG pieces selected for the Meffan Winter Show Forfar Museum and Gallery - until 7 January 2023 November Art & Design Market, Steeple Studios, Newburgh Fife - displaying seaweed designs to the public for the first time - orders and sales! October Awarded a bursary for best emerging artist by North Fife Open Studios June SUBMERGE, a two week online residency run by Ayatana's Biophilium - the Science School for Artists based in Ottawa. The themes included Aquatic Ecology - Algae, Microplastics and Octopus Intelligence. April Moved into WASPS studio in Newburgh, Fife, thanks to success of the Creative Scotland Crowdmatch Competition February Runner-up in the Venture Challenge for my business proposal to set up TANG, a seaweed design studio. The prize money is to develop the brand, website, market research and prototypes. January Invited to speak about my Sea Intra-Action works by Carbon - Voices - Borders. One of 11 artists in Scotland awarded a bursary by Luminate to develop skills in metal work and electroforming.
